How To Stick To A Daily Routine To Conquer Exhaustion

When my husband is gone on travel, he is usually gone for a full week. During his absence, I have learned that I need to stick to a daily routine to conquer exhaustion.

By creating a daily routine, it helped me have more energy and allowed me to make less spontaneous decisions.

By having a daily routine, even if it’s a simple one, the point is you need to stick to the daily routine. It will help you with making decisions, it will help you feel more in control of your situation.

I have learned that I have to make a list either the night before or first thing in the morning so I don’t forget anything that needs to get done.

Whatever it is that fuels you, you need to figure out how to get that into your routine!

I have found that it is very hard to maintain an exercise plan and a strict eating program. So I do the best I can. I may not workout 6 times a week anymore, but my goal is 5.
