The 12 Days of Christmas Self Care Challenge has been designed for anyone looking to add a little more positive, self affirming practice into their own, or their loved ones lives.

HOW IT WORKS

GIVE THE GIFT OF SELF CARE THIS HOLIDAY SEASON!

Every day, for the 12 days leading up to Christmas (or whenever you want to begin) you will have the choice of 2 self care activities to make you feel great and boost your mental, physical & emotional well being. Simply start by choosing 1 of the self care activities offered on day 12, before counting down to day 1, on CHRISTMAS DAY!

The only rule you must choose, and begin 1 activity everyday for 12 days in a row. Pick whichever activity you feel would bring you the most happiness.
