That is when I started my virtual assistant business and increased my income after I took Become a Pinterest VA Today course.
2023 update: I still am a Pinterest Manager. I think it’s a great niche and I love being able to support my clients. I still think Become a Pinterest VA Today is a great course and if I were to take it today I wouldn’t skip the Facebook group.
I started my virtual assistant business back in 2015. My business started out with me having 2 clients then I lost one. So I had 1 client for many years. And I still have that client. We have a great working relationship and friendship.

When we moved to Florida in fall of 2018 my husband told me I had to earn more money or get a job. The thought of going back to a work environment and the internal struggle I had was overwhelming. In 2022, I still feel the exact same way and am so grateful for having Pinterest clients.
I of course clicked through and bought the course. I am happy to report that I am consistently making at least $1000-$2000 a month and I have achieved that from taking this course Become a Pinterest VA Today in 2018. 2023 update: I still have Pinterest clients. I still think it’s the best freelance niche.

Become a Pinterest VA program: Does it work?
I took the course Become a Pinterest VA Today fall of 2018. I bought the course in September and finished it in 2 weeks. The creators of the course recommend you finish the course in 4 weeks but I was super excited and I wanted to gain clients. I recommend you click through and check out the course now.
I pitched my first client in mid-October and she hired me on the spot! Who would have thought that would happen?! I was floored and super excited. That was another goal of mine, to have my first client within 6 weeks of purchasing the course.
My second goal was to be able to pay off the course in 90 days. Which meant I needed to bring on a total of 3 clients in 3 months.
I am happy to report that I didn’t have to bring on 3 clients because my original client chose a higher package and so I only had to have 2 clients. Which I did achieve in 90 days I had 2 clients and I had paid off the course.

What is in the course?
The course is filled with both video and written modules. It takes you through how to set up a business account on Pinterest, to how to set up your business and how to pitch to clients. It gives you all the tools you need to start your own business.
The course has 5 modules, over 20 short videos that explain technical stuff, and loads of information. The best part is that Kristin and the PVA team are updating it every 6 months or so, and that means it’s the best and up to date content for your business.
There is also a Facebook membership group that is amazing! They post leads in there almost every week. I think this is the most important part of the course. Kristin and the PVA team are active in the group and everyone works together to help you grow your business.
The course will teach you about all 10 services you can offer as a Pinterest VA. (yes, there are 10 services!!) Some of them are easy, some take more time to learn. But I trust you will figure it out if this is something for you!
Who is this course for?
This course is for the person who wants to start a side business and loves to play on Pinterest.
It’s for the person whose goal is to leave their workplace.
It’s for the person who has debt and needs to make an extra $400 a month to pay the bills.
It’s for the single Mom who wants a better life for herself and her kids.

Is it worth the money?
I have taken a lot of online courses in the last 3 years. This course is the course that I was able to implement immediately. As I wrote earlier I was able to get my first client in 6 weeks and I was able to pay off the course in 90 days.
My husband was so impressed and he is super supportive of me growing an income from home. I’ll be honest the reason why I had to pay off the course so quickly is that my husband told me I had 60 days to pay it off. I didn’t make the 60-day mark, I missed it by like 15 days but he was still happy that I had earned enough money in the short time frame.
So if your husband isn’t on board, ask him to set a goal for you to be able to get moving quickly.

Over the course of the last 5 years since I started my virtual assistant work at home, this course gave me the confidence I needed to grow my business further. I honestly love working with my clients and I love watching their businesses grow.
